Vacation and homework

As a teacher, I can tell you that most kids don't do the homework. It's frustrating when I spend my time putting together a packet of information and it isn't completed. I'd say that at most 10% of my students actually do the work I give them. Sigh.

Really?? That is sad I guess I'm just really shocked that parents would not only take the kids out of school, but also not have them do the work. What grade do you teach? Is it worse with the older kids?
