vacation: 03rd-17th dec

Just returned from a two week vacation in orlando with my wife Ness and 2 boys. Stayed in a really poor motel in I/D which meant we were at parks most days which proved too tirying for all of us. The parks were great, all decorated for xmas and queue times for short for most attractions. Weather was average (shorts and tee-shirts) and we still managed one water park (typhoon lagoon) which was execellent.
We also did the vaction club tour and were very impressed with what we saw (ANY INFO FROM UK MEMBERS WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS). We are still deciding whether to do the club. We need to stay in disney property.

Sorry to keep bothering you.
We saw what the accomadation was like at the welcome meeting but can you rent? points off other members to go out and actually stay in the resorts like BCV, i'm sure you can and wondered whether you just post a message on the board.
Finally, can you recomend sites to find reasonable priced flights.

Hi Steve

We brought our DVC through Disney so I don't know anything about resale.

If you look on the US DVC board you should find some info on there - or just to a search at the top of the page. If you do the search it is best to do it early in the morning as when the board get's busy the facility doesn't work.

There is also DVC Rent/Trade Board look at the FAQ at the top to help you out.

As for flights it depends if you want to fly with a certain carrier/direct or in-direct etc... If you post on our Trip Planning board or do a search there you will get lots of advice about flight only's.
