Hi everyone

Could someone please explain air miles upgrades to me?

We have booked under a K fare code for PE, and I believe you need an S code to qualify for an UC upgrade using air miles.

Is there any way to change your fare code? And is the information I've been given correct? I really don't understand this fare code stuff!!

Upgrades can only be done from the more expensive fare codes.

The only way to change your fare code is to pay the difference in costs.
