VA - manage my booking

What has happened to it!! - it has all changed and I can't find the seat map and nowhere does it say my seat numbers?

It's on your flight itinerary, the bit that says "where is my seat", down towards the bottom of the page - Don't panic, it's all still there!

I just checked mine and yes the page has all changed but i can still view my seat.
At the top of the page it has passenger details, then there is a bit about the flying club and under that is the flight itinerary in a red. Just underneath my flight details is a grey long box which says "where's my seat" view or change seats.

That is definitely missing on mine, underneath the flight itinerary it has, " what is my baggage allowance" , "I can't find my e.ticket" and "where do I check in". Nothing at all about seats.

Claire,i have just gone into mine to see if i can help.Where it says 'where is my baggage' etc..it is just above there on mine,but inder the flight itinery.x.

It's just above that bit, at the bottom of the red and white box in a grey area, with a little purple chair that says view or change seats.

That's very strange

I couldn't see it when i first looked and thought mine was missing too. Only when i checked again did i see it within the red box bit with my flight details. I was looking outside the boxed area so to speak.

It is not there for my April flights (booked with VA) however it is on my October flight (booked with VH), strange.

Yeah it is just showing on my flights I have booked with VH though the seat numbers had been deleted so had to reselect them however it doesn't give me th option at all with my flights booked with VA to view the seat map. its very odd.

Apparently it is because all the seats have been selected and so as I can no longer select the seats It is not showing the Map, however VA said I still have the seats I booked they are just not showing on Manage my booking.

You know that thought popped in my head but i did'nt write it as i don't know what i am talking about half the time with these companies-heck i did'nt know what OLCI was until last year .

I have now been in and updated all the passenger deatils, passport # etc. Wow they wanted a lot of info

Yes, I had this problem too and ended up phoning them, more panic.
