DH and I are thinking of going to V&A's to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, but I'm a bit confused about the difference in dining rooms and menus. Also, is the wine pairing alot of wine? I want to remember this meal and not fall asleep before it's over!

Let me know if this is correct.
V&A Dining Room: choice of 7-course menu or 10-course menu
QV's Room: 10-course menu (different than dining room's 10-course menu?)

We're probably not doing the Chef's Table.

Congratulations on 35 years!!!!

I can only respond to the wine part, since we have only done the main dining room. Yes, the wine pairing is a lot of wine. Its pretty much a full glass of wine with each course. Fortunately its spread over the course of a ~3 hour meal experience.

Wine pairings are only about 2-3oz per glass. For some people that is plenty, we think it could certainly be more.
