What would you choose, and why?

Both are still available for the date we want - We've done the main dining room there twice and want a new experience this trip.

Thanks!

I have not done QVR yet but have done CT several times.

In CT you do get to talk to the Chef and some of the other cooks, and you are in the outskirts of an industrial kitchen which is very well lit. And you may get some actual bonus items. For example, last time even though the meal (and menu) included both the Australian "Kobe" Beef and the Wagyu Strip Loin, we got a bonus of a Wagyu Braised Short Rib.

In QVR you get the elegance of the Main Dining Room (and then some) as well as tableside service for final preparation of some items.

Chef's Table! I can't believe it's still open -it is notoriously hard to get!!!!

If we do Chef's Table, is it just the 2 of us then? Or do they seat the max number of people? (not sure how many CT can accomodate...)

Part of me wants CT because it's so hard to get and another part of me wants QVR because it's more eleant.

I'm not sure talking with the chef etc is important to us.

I think you will be seated with others at the Chef's Table. I've never been lucky enough to snag it.

The Queen's room is an excellent (I think better) alternative.

Only your party is seated at the Chef's Table. Your party can be 1 to 10. One party is seated at the table for the entire evening.

With the availability of the QVR the demand for CT has decreased, as you get about the same level of food as CT but much more elegance. You really need a high interest in cooking to enjoy CT.

They only seat one Party a night at CT. In theory it could be as few as one person, but I know I would not want a four hour meal with nobody for a conversation. Six at the table is very comfortable, ten is possible, you you are starting to get crowding.

Thanks - I think that is the key for me. I don't have a high interest in cooking. I don't care how it's made - just give me the good stuff and treat me like a princess! ;)
I have decided on QVR for my birthday dinner (and I got the reservation completed - along with Mouseketeer Club for DS that night). :cheer2:
