V&A prices

DH and I are going on our first ever trip(since our honeymoon!) without children. It is in celebration of our 15th anniversary. We have thought about dining at V&A at the Grand Floridian.

What should we expect to pay for dinner for 2 adults? We do not drink, so we would not do the wine pairings. Is everthing included in the basic dinner for one fee, or do you pay al a carte? Thanks for any information!

Everything is included other than alcohol and the current price is $90 per person. Wine pairings have also increased to $45.

About $230 for two adults with no alcohol including tax and tip. Coffe and tea are complimentary, soda is not. That would be additional.

I should have remembered that the last time we dined there...eleven days ago...Iranian Beluga caviar was offered for an additional charge. It was $65/half ounce or $130/ounce. I guess there was no volume discount! We did not order it. We have only dined there every few years so I don't know how often such an "extra" offering is presented.

Happy (early) anniversary! My husband and I love to celebrate our anniversary at Victoria & Albert's. You should have a scrumptious meal.

Thanks for all the responses! I am so excited to go with just DH! The kids have been numerous times(we are all going again in July), so we don't have to feel guilty!

I just re-read my post........The children have been to Disney World numerous times, NOT V&A! We are excited to eat there! I cannot imagine taking our kids there! Are children even "allowed"?

Certainly.
But they aren't seen very often. In all the times we ate at V&A I've only seen children twice. Once a young girl (10-12) dining with her mother. And once a young girl (again, 10-12) dining with her parents.
But that's it.

I guess it depends what you consider a child. We will be taking my daughter and 3 of her friends there for her 16th birthday celebration. They are young adults and it is a special experience that she wanted to have for her special birthday. We will be down in Disney for 2 weeks this July celebrating. We are staying at the BCV and I am really looking forward to sharing this new experience with my daughter. Will she and her friends eat the food, I sure hope so. It will be interesting.
My husband and I dined there a few years ago when we were there for our 25th Anniversay and there was a family with two young girls, probably around 7-9 years old, there at another table and they were very well behaved.
