UVA Bar and Cafe, Downtown Disneyland

The UVA Bar & Cafes own website, says they do breakfast Monday to Friday until 10.30am but when I tried to book on Disney Dining, the earliest it allows you to book is 11am. Does anyone now if breakfasts are from 8-10.30 weekdays and how to book if they are?
