Snarky people on the boards tonight. I ASKED a QUESTION. FYI, I have used UT several times, quite happily, which is why I asked how long it takes to get tickets by email, because I've only purchased for USPS delivery before. And to be fair, everything all along Rt 192 and in the Disney/IDrive area was open on Christmas Eve day and all were open and busy on Christmas Day, too. It never dawned on me that a company that makes its living from selling tickets to tourists, whose website said nothing about being closed on Christmas but that it does electronic delivery within 24 hours, might not be doing business at the busiest time of their selling year. They have been "open" enough on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to acknowledge my order, welcome me to their email list, charge my credit card twice, and send three marketing emails. I guess that getting electronic gift certificates from LLBean and Barnes and Noble within minutes of placing the order gave me a false sense of security in e-retail.
So happy that you have "Christmas cheer" for a company and not for someone asking a question.
