USO - Current and Former DIS'r Reunion!!!!!

Hi everybody!

Many of you may not know me because I have long been absent from these forums... however have been looking to purchase an AP for the first time in 3 years! I am currently in contact with a couple former DISboard members and we are wanting to see if anyone is interested in a USO/DIS Reunion sometime in the near future.

AlexandNessa, PrinceEric1, SpideyHulk24, phamton, damo, JessicaR, seahag, laurabearz........... there are so many people I'd love to catch up with (sorry if I didn't include your username.. I'm bad with names in general and remembering a screenname... oi!!!).

Of course this reunion isn't limited to only those listed above or from way back when... any regular DIS'r (posters or lurkers alike) can join in! It's an excuse to get together with others will a similar love -- USO!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome... back!!! I was reading up on some of the fun discussions we had which I ended up putting onto my website (which, sadly ceases to exist as do the shows they represented) but it just brought back so many fun memories. I am in my Senior year of college right now studying Film Production and am currently volunteering on a regular basis at a local church with their media department. Obviously if I purchase an AP, I'd like the opportunity to meet up with as many of you as possible, even if on different days...(no particular dates decided on when I'm going, but I live in Orlando now, so I'm flexible) of course, work and school may always conflict, but I'm up for trying!!


How is everyone doing?? What is new?

ETA: Oh an damo, yes, I still have my yellow seat cushion, although it is dirty and sunfaded from it's many years of usage!! That being said, it doesn't accompany me when I try to find some cute college hunks to drool over. hehe

I know we're planning on going this Sunday to USF all day with the Florida Coaster Club, and they usually have a scavenger hunt across the park that's somewhat difficult, even for those of us that go there all the time.

Hello you lovely people.Yes it has been a long time. I kept in touch with Barry Hom for a couple of years and he sent me a fab Japan Rollercoaster Adventure DVD and a CD. I have been studying for a degree in Early Years which has taken up all my time. I remember many of you. Coming over in the summer and staying for 2 weeks at the Royal Pacific Resort. Very excited!

Since I no longer sport the infamous neon yellow seat cushion, nor do I regularly attend any of the shows at the parks, I am very pleased to announce that anyone who would love to say hello shall find me working part-time at the 3 Broomsticks in the new WWoHP opening this Spring! I will love to meet up if I'm not working as well in order to really chat and such, but this would be great to just say hello to those who share a love for USO!


So fellow DIS'rs must promise me that once the land opens... you must devote your meals (okay, okay..at least one!) to the 3 Broomsticks

And don't bother asking questions about the WWOHP... I'm only telling you I'm working there so you guys can show me some love.... and I can show you some great customer service!!

Sadly I have missed the presence of both Prince Eric and SpideyHulk......I do hope they return one of these days!! Or that they continue to have a blessed life (last I heard SH had two blessings in the form of children... but that being so long ago, perhaps another little monster or two has entered the picture!)

I am not sure if DM still roams the boards since I come and go these days, so I will not speak much on his behalf, but he still flocks at the parks in his mischievous seagull-ish ways... though I haven't seen him in quite some time... only remained in contact online.
