Using WDW online

Hi, I just booked 2 weeks at Pop to go on August 15th this year. I booked the accomodation and tickets with www.waltdisneyworld.co.uk, I was asked to print out the on-screen confirmation and it stated tha must hand this in at check-in. I am a little concerned as I have not received a confirmation email. Has anyone else booked trough these and what was the format?

Also has anyone used broadhead travel for their flights.

I did this for my grandad and i remember printing the page straight from the internet as well as the email. Did you write down the confirmation number at all? They should send you confirmation in the post as well hopefully. Otherwise phone them and get them to trace it through their system, they are quite good at this. How long have you waited for the email?

I only booked this morning at around 11.30 am and it is now 4.30 pm, I stil haven't received an email, I thought they would send me one straight away. Did you grandad have to present the internet printoff at check in?

Dont worry they never ask for it, also if you have your reservationn number and the telephone number you gave you can register and log on to the disneyworld reservation site and see your reservation there, and print that off if need be, I did this as when we booked over the phone i failed to recieve any sort of letter in the post of them.

If you don't get an email, is there a "contact us" button you could use to email them?

I'm sure you would be OK without it, but I would prefer to have a hard copy of my reservation too

as long as you have the number you will be find but if you want peace of mind give them a call

I got a confirmation e-mail when I booked 3 months ago, it came through a few hours after I'd booked. have never received anything through the post.

I am just going to take the e-mail print out as it has the reservation number on there, and hopefully we should be okay

Well I have now received flight confirmation from Broadhead travel so that is one less concern. However still nothing from Disney, I called and they had my details in the system, so as long as i take my printout that I got at time of booking, I should be ok shouldn't I ???

It's ok, I finally got a confirmation letter in the post today, stress over. I will now relax and enjoy.
