Hi everyone - this may seem a daft question but I'm trying to enter my universal Orlando ticket numbers in the app so they are linked for volcano bay. I have the 14 day multi day explorer ticket brought from attraction tickets direct. I've tried entering the long number under the bar code but it's not been accepted! Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
