Hi.

I've purchased 7 universal tickets (3 day 3 park) for my party/family, from undercover tourist, and they emailed them all through as e-tickets. I have noticed that they are all in my name. I assume this is not a problem/normal for multiple tickets purchased by a single person, and they won't expect everyone to have have individually named tickets?

Also, I am linking the tickets to my universal app. Do I then use the app to scan in when we arrive? Can I link them all on my app and check all 7 of us in via my universal app?

The above sounds correct but just thought I'd check!

You definitely want to link your tickets to the app. I lost my wrist band at Volcano Bay, but because I had my ticket linked to the app, they were able to get me a new wrist band.

We bought our tickets from AAA, and we were able to get our tickets from the Will Call machines. I don’t know about UT.
