Using the Skyliner from Pop Century to Yacht Club Ale & Compass for Dinner

Since dinning is quite limited at POP Century we would like to dine at the Ale & Compass our day of arrival. What is the best way to accomplish this to and from.
We never stayed at POP before.

You can take the Skyliner from Pop to CBR, transfer to the Epcot line, then walk from that station to the YC. If you finish your meal and leave YC before Epcot closes (or within about an hour after it closes), you can reverse the process to return to Pop. If Epcot has been closed for over an hour by the time you finish, you’ll need to take rideshare or a taxi from the YC front entrance back to Pop, because the Skyliner will most likely not be running that late.

I’d also take advantage of the Skyliner to visit the Riviera at some point, too! Topolino’s gives off a California Grill vibe, but even the quick service at Riviera is excellent!
