Using the Military 40% room discount

We usually stay at SOG, but since I have a conference to attend and Uncle Sam is paying, I want to try to stay at BC. I looked at AllEars and it says the rack rate for my dates is 390/410 (wd/we) so do I just subtract 40% from that number (234/246 is that accurate?) I know that I will have to call to book it, it just need to get a rough idea so that I can check the per diem rates to see if it's even close to covered.

If your conference is in Orange County, the hotel rate is 104 from 1/1 to 5/31. If Osceola, 84. M&IE for Orange is 56; Osceola 46.
