Using Tables in Wonderland at CRT

I know that TIW is 20% off of all food and beverages, but dinner at CRT includes a photo package. Does anyone know if TIW applies to the full price at CRT or if they split up the dining and photo components and the discount is only on part of the CRT price. Thank you.

We used the TIW at CRT last summer and they only discounted the "food" portion. I can't remember how much of the price they allocated to the food though. We had to pay in full when we made the reservation and then when we were there I presented the TIW card and they refunded 20% to my credit card. I remember being surprised it was not 20% off the entire amount of the dinner (since of course no one had mentioned this to us). So at least this way you won't be surprised. Hope that helped

I didn't think the PP was right, but now that I review our charges from January, it looks like they were.

We pre-paid $164 for breakfast and got a credit back of $25 with our TiW card. That's only about 15%, not 20%.

However we received extra pixie dust when 1 day later, the entire balance remaining of $139 was ALSO credited on my credit card. I kept waiting for it to be recharged, but it never was.

I ate breakfast in the castle for free.

Wow, we received the same pixie dust that you did. When looking at my credit card statement at least several weeks after we got home, I realized that they had also credited us the remaining balance as well as the TIW savings.

When we were there, they had just handed me a receipt that showed how much was credited to my account. Since it was well after I was home when I found this out I didn't think there was anything I could do, and I too kept thinking they would recharge it and it would show up on my next statement, but it never did. I really did feel guilty for a while about getting this meal for free.

Sounds like there is some sort of a glitch when they credit you the TIW discount. At least it was in our favor

Hmm... maybe I should plan more meals in the castle with my TiW card. That is weird. Wonder if we had the same server? Someone there is going to have trouble balancing the books!

I don't think they can recharge your card without your signature. I work for a catalog clothing co and when a package is report "lost" and we refund their card, then the package shows up we can't just recharge them. Once they refund you they basically lose the sale. You could (if you wanted) contest the recharge since they refunded it and it doesn't have your signature. It's their mistake and loss. I am sure they have caught on to the errors being made by now. Also the servers don't have access to your CC number it's stored when you made the ADR, all they can see is the last 4 numbers.
