Using TA for your vacation

Has anyone used either Small World Vacations or Dreams Unlimited Travel? I have booked my other trips on my own but am considering one of these TA's. Can they get you lower rates, and how successful did you find them in making your PS reservations and other interests? Any other disney service agents you can recommend? Would you use the TA again or do it yourself? Thanks!

We used Small World (WDWVacations.com) last year that I found on mousesaver.com.
First they got us a AAA discount. As time went on they made two more changes as better deals came out (always with my permission) and finally ended up saving us $800.00.
Then the first hurricane hit the morning we were supposed to fly out. All the flights were cancelled so we went home. As it was, our Small World agent (Josephine) was on vacation at WDW at the same time and could not get out. I e-mailed her and left her a voice mail because I did not know what to do with our reservations. That same day she e-mailed me back that she contacted Disney and they offered us a complete refund or we could use the money paid for another vacation. What great service, especially during a crisis.
She transferred our money to a new reservation. She took care of all our priority seatings. She kept us informed of the new ticket deal and anything else that changed or was changing. We were totally and completely satisfied and will use them again for future trips. They can find discounts better than I can. Even if you only get the AAA or any kind of Disney Visa discount it's still great not having to call Disney and try to get through without all the waiting.
I highly recommend Small World to everyone.

I have used DU for several trips and have never been disappointed. They have lowered my room rate on two trips after booking. They have gotten all of our PS's. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone. It is so nice not to have to worry about how many days out you are from your trip and what do needs to be done at that point. Basically, it is nice to let someone else handle the big things and I can handle the special details.

This time we used Small World and have been very pleased. They look for discounts and do any PS for you. We even got into CRT! Just the fact that they watch for any discounts is a great service.

I normally never use TA's as I have been so disappointed in the past with their services.

Decided to give Dreams Unlimited a try this time and I am impressed! My agent is Beth and she has been terrific updating me with information; applying the AAA rate without my asking and I don't even leave until August 2006!

She's great!

We are using Magical Memories Travel who have been just so wonderful & friendly. Their quote was more then a number & by far the fastest we recieved when considering our December trip! I couldn't have been happier with their services!

I've used DU this time , Sue Ellen is my agent and she is golden!!!

And deals with all my annoying emails and has gotten me all the ADR's and a Pirate Cruise that I've asked for.

I will definitely be using them again next time!

We also are using Dreams Unlimited and Beth too!!! She is great - she is very quick at returing emails and she has gotten everything we wanted including CRT and a Wishes Birthday Cruise.

This is the second time we used DU and will on our next trip as well!!

Is anyone familiar with Dreams Can Come true vacations?

I have booked 2 of my WDW trips with Kathryn at Dream Come True Vacations - she was great - always quick to respond, even on the weekends. I will use them for all of my Disney trips. They even applied a discount for me automatically on one trip and saved me about $300!

we're using Magical Memories Travel for our December vacation and couldn't be happier! They even got us a rate that is lower than the new passholder best rate stuff for POR. The service has been great, they are really knowlegeable and they got us a better rate than anyone else offered so I'm happy!
