Using Starwoods points

When using Starwoods points to redeem for free nights, does it include tax and parking and resort fees? Or do I pay those on top of points?

Gemerally we have found that tax is included, but parking, internet, resort fees, etc are extra. But it also depends on where you are using your points. For example, we used our points once at Sheraton Vistana Resort and we paid nothing extra. Other times we might pay just for parking, or just for internet, etc.
