I called Song to get a credit voucher when the prices dropped on my August flight. No problem there. They did tell me that I wouldn't be able to book on-line but I could just call them to book. Okay, I'm fine with that. But...for the first time I got a somewhat snippy rep on the phone. Told him I had a voucher and wanted to book a flight. He tells me that I have to take the voucher to the airport and book there!!! I finally got him to listen to what I was saying and he says...'Oh, well a credit voucher is different. Why didn't you say so?' Okay, that's settled. But, when I book with him, I find that the fares are about $10-15 more than online! So, there goes my $15 voucher. If I had been able to book on-line the fare would have been $210. By having to book over the phone it was $220. A huge deal? No, but I guess it's just the idea. So, be aware that this is the case with the credit vouchers. But, I guess it's better than nothing.
