Using Someone Else's FastPass

Wow. Wow! I’ve been to DL easily 100+ times and have never seen either thing — guests trying to panhandle FPs or eating other people’s leftovers. I suspect security would have intervened in either situation, had they been aware.

Now: I don’t approve of either thing at DL. However, it’s possible that, with respect to the food, they were “freegans.”...
"Freegans" I get -- we've seen several documentaries about that lifestyle -- interesting, and it certainly does make you think about being more careful, not so wasteful, with food. But this couple was so outright obnoxious about their behavior, clearly thinking they were hilarious, that I would guess that they were high or just absolutely clueless. And I do hope that security caught up with them eventually. And, thankfully, this kind of weird behavior is rare (which is what made it so noticeable)!

You can cancel them on the app (whether you have Maxpass or not), and other people can then book them. (You have to cancel before your return window opens, though.)
Very true. I should have included that, I'm realizing what I wrote wasn't super clear! Obviously you should return them versus letting them go to waste. But I think I have a bigger issue with people pulling them and then just discarding them versus using it to ride more than once.

I do miss the paper days when you could give out your paper passes to folks passing by, it was always fun to share the pixie dust!

Yes, thankfully. Aside from occasional smokers (pre-ban), I don't think I've seen any outrageous behavior in the park. About two years ago two guys seemed to be drunk and were swearing loudly. I watched as security escorted them from the park. Also, a few months ago a family was in a very loud, profanity-laced fight just outside of Plaza Inn. Security intervened but I don't believe anyone was asked to leave the park. It looked as though tempers simply flared and things got out of hand.
