Using RAC if not at a Disney Resort?

On our next trip we will be staying at the Dolphin. On the day we leave, would we be able to bring our luggage over to RAC at either the Yacht Club or BW and check our bags there?

No you may not. RAC is reserved for WDW resort hotel guests.

You may be asked to show your resort room key to show that you are entitled to use RAC...I have been asked for my room key about 75% of the time.

Other hotels, currently not S/D, offer remote airline checkin. The normal fee is $10-$20.
