Using QS dining plan at Coronado Spings… ALCOHOL

Who has used a QS credit at Coronado Springs lately and gotten alcohol for the drink?

Specifically at El Mercado and Siestas Pool bar. Trying to see what alcoholic drinks are included. I have heard some mixed things in FB groups lately.

Heard El Mercado is only canned alcoholic drinks?

Siestas is only the margarita of the day?

Would love any firsthand experience! Thanks!

I’m not much help as I avoid QS. My guess is that the alcohol availability is somewhat limited. Neither has a bar that is visible.

Coronado does have a splendid bar on the lower level. Last month they were featuring a special Knob Creek variety made exclusively for Disney. Yum.

Stayed there last month with dining plan. Can confirm I was able to get a beer with my dinner at El Mercado as well as lunch at the Dig Site quick serve. Also, the cooler at El Mercado with all the beer had a snack ticket symbol and was able to use a snack ticket for beer there too.

Sorry, at fiestas there was a small list of mixed drinks available too that you could have with you QS meal. Things like a margarita and a pina colada. Maybe 5 or so to choose from. El Mercado was canned/bottled beers, wine and Truly hard seltzers.

Thank you!! My hubby LOVES to max out his credits. I get the meal plan for him, otherwise he packs tuna pouches definitely psychological for him, lol!!
