Using Points to Stay in DLR

I read somewhere that PPH has no resort fee; then I read elsewhere that it's $14. If there is a fee, is it covered with my point usage or do I need to pay this out of pocket?

When we stayed at DLH in June the resort fee was covered by our points. I would think that PPH would be the same.

There aren't any 2-day ticket discounts for DVC members or WDW AP holders, are there?
