Using Points of an Add-On

Example: I own 200 points at BWV. If I were to purchase 30 more points at WLV, what would happen if I were to reserve 7 nights at 30 points each?

Could I reserve the 210 points using 200 BWV points and the remaining 10 points from WLV?

or

Would I have to use 180 (6 nights) BWV points and 30 WLV points?

In essence, does a single night at any resort (assuming all 11/7 month requirements are met) have to be paid in full from one source of points?

Member services are able to handle this, assuming the 11/7 month requirements are met. As an example, if you were reserving a 6 months out, at Boardwalk, for a total of 210 points, and had 200 points in your BW contract and 30 points in your WVL contract, they could pull the total of 210 points in what ever combination you want. They tend to take the oldest points first, unless you specifcially tell them to do something else. Last year I had them transfer 2 points from Vero to Boardwalk that I needed to complete a reservation.
