Using points in Hawaii

Has anyone ever used points for a stay at any of the resorts offered by Interval Int. in Hawaii....specifically Maui or Kauai? We may actually use some for a non-Disney trip next year...gasp. I'm curious to hear any good/bad comments on the resorts anyone has had. Don't worry, though, I see a stop in DLR on the way there.

I havent done it, i have thought about it and one of the posters here(Dean) sent me an email explaining and giving me tons of information on it.
