Using our GAD vouchers

I arrive at WDW on Friday December 10th in the AM, and DH doesn't get there until late that night. Will I be able to exchange both of our GAD vouchers toward renewing our DVC annual passes with my DVC membership card or do we have to do it together on Saturday morning?
