Using online reservations and NOT staying onsite

Can you make online dining reservations if you are NOT staying on property or do you need to call the dining number? Also, what time in the morning do the online reservations begin? TIA

Yes, anyone can make online ADRs, you don't have to be staying on-site. We stayed offsite over Christmas and I was able to make my ADRs online with no problems. I think online reservations start at 6am, but maybe someone else can verify that.

Anyone can use the online service. The advantage for on site people is the 180+10. If you are 180 days out from when you want the reservation go for it. The site starts for 180 days out at 6:00am est.
