I have park hopper tickets from 2010 that seems to have theme and water park days left. Is there a way to learn if they're still usable?
Thanks,

They told me to hold on to them until I am ready to use them because once they convert the expire kicks in with the date of first use.
Interesting. Mine are also old and unscannable. They had to input numbers in a few places. They said they would have to convert to regular tickets. Think I'll call and try your way. Odds are I'd want to use a day here and there for DH who does not go often. The rest of us have AP (but no waterpark). Did they assign to a person or could say the waterpark days be used by our whole party - in April there are 8 of us going, be great if we could all get in WP with them.Mine clearly say non expiring. Even after using days, the remained still reflected nonexpiring . The ticket office I called knew exactly what to do.

I recommend taking a screenshot of your MDE that shows the waterpark days, at least. After a time (1 yr, maybe?), they may disappear from your MDE— they basically get archived. They’re definitely still usable! I had 5 days left on a 10 day nonexpiring park hopper ticket from a 2006 resort stay. I decided to use them on an unplanned Christmas trip after letting our APs expire. I called the WDW Ticketing office & asked how to go about adding them to MDE. …. phone number 407-934-7639. I believe I got that number from the boards.
Make sure you have the tickets with you when you call. The CM needed the numbers from them to look all the info up. She did ask a few questions, when did we first or last use them, park etc. I didn’t know any of that, but it wasn’t a problem. She was able to look everything up. She instructed me to send an email to a certain email address with pictures of the tickets included. She was then able to convert the remaining days to digital tickets & add them to our MDE accounts.
The water park tickets were separated out from the park tickets & everything remained nonexpiring. We used 3 park days at Christmas & 1 day in May. We still have 1 day remaining. We haven’t used any of the water park days yet, but the correct number of days are listed.
Note…you will have to make park reservations when you want to use these tickets. The whole phone call took about 35 minutes according to my phone log.
