Using old tickets in the parks?

HI everyone! I was wondering the policy on using up old tickets at the parks. We have tickets from our last trip in 2005, one adult and two child, that have two days in a park and two water park options on each. We wanted to use them for the water parks on our December trip - the question is this - will they allow you to use the water park options if our daughter is using the tickets for the park days or once they are assigned to her can only she use them for the water parks? That was a clear as mud - TIA for any help.

I'm not sure if I understand.
I have used old tickets also but with mine we could use them for the parks but not for the waterparks. Now they were from before 2005 so that may be different now.

Are they old park hoper plus tickets? From what I understand your daughter can use the old child's ticket. Once the ticket is assigned to her, it's hers and no one else can use it. She can use the water park option but no one else can.

Once someone uses the ticket and gets the finger scan tagged to the ticket, it can't be used by someone else. (unless the biometrics clear it...) If you used the tickets with a finger scan last year, then it has to be used by the person who got finger-scanned with it now too.

It has been mentioned in other threads that the scans are linked in a group to your tickets, so I don't know how that would work?

Each person can and should use the water park admissions off of his/her respective old hopper plus pass at any time and in any order.

No one should use the theme park days off of an old pass to make possible a shorter new pass for the same vacation.
