Using Non Expired WDW Tickets at DL- Any problems?

I called to verify that they still do this, and they do...but she said the cards have to scan to work. They cannot look it up by the number on the card as they would do at WDW if it didn't scan. My concern is that our cards didn't scan at WDW several times during our trip. They said it wasn't a big deal because they could punch in the numbers to verify we still had admission left. What has been other people's experience?

You should be fine, but you will need to go to Guest Relations outside the park to have them changed over. Unless things have changed, last year, the two systems (DL & WDW) were separate. GR will call WDW and they will let them know what is left on your passes. DL will issue you new passes for DLR.

Actually, you go to the turnstiles, they will take the WDW passes and go call to confirm how many days are left on them and bring them back to you with 1 day less along with a DLR pass. We've done it, a few months ago. No problems at all.

So can WDW tickets be used towards buying a multi-day ticket at DLR? Or is it strictly a one-for-one thing each day?

Someone else had that question and no one has answered except for me (saying "um, I dunno").

I did it June. They called a manager type person over they walked away and I stool to the side till I got the card back.
