Using Mears to get from BWV to MCO but not flying out.

We are leaving BWV on 7 Sept going to Port Canaveral for our cruise back to Europe.
We want to use Mears to get to MCO then Go Port to the ship.
The Mears site wants flight details but we don't have any as we are not flying out.
How can I complete the booking form without flight details?

Just look for any flight that leaves MCO 3 hours after you want to be at the airport and enter that info. They only use this to schedule your pickup. They have no access to actual airline booking info.

I have done this, I just looked for a flight that left around 3 hours before the time I wanted to be at the airport. They asked what airline when I loaded the bus and I just told them I was catching the go port bus and he even pointed me in the right direction when we got to the airport.

Unless you have a lot of luggage using a car service or ride share from bwv to the port is easier and might not be that much more expensive

I’m also going to recommend just going direct from BWV to the port.

We were going to do something similar (Ie return car rentals to airport, then drag all luggage and 3 little boys to the private ride meeting spot). We are going to just return cars to the Disney car care center and go direct from Disney Springs to the port.
