Using MDE to determine how many days left on park hopper tickets?

Hi all - I have 4 non-expiring park-hoppers linked to my MDE and for the life of me can't figure out where to see how many days are left. Tried both the app and the website. Is this possible or do I need to call WDW and if so, what number/dept? Thanks!

If the tickets are linked to 4 different Profiles, begin booking FPs for consecutive days for each ticket until the FP system stops allowing you to book. That will be the number of entitlements for that specific ticket.

If all 4 tickets are linked to the same Profile, you'll have to call Ticketing to obtain the info you need.

OK - got it. They are all linked to my profile (friends and family)so will call. So weird because I thought a few months ago I could see the number of days left on one of my guests passes but can't seem to recreate or remember where.

Also, a related question:

I had established a secondary MDE for my trip last fall and linked my AP to that profile. I now need to link the AP back to my original profile which I am using for the April trip. Any tips? And I have days left on a non-expiring 10-day park hopper myself that I don't want to use on this particular trip (that is showing as active on my profile). How do I deactivate that until I want to use it again? Sorry for all the questions!

A guest cannot "deactivate" or "move" a partially-used ticket.
That can only be done with a never-used ticket.

If you want to not use the remaining days on the 10-day hopper:
Before you go to any park gate,
stop by a Guest Relations and have the CM set your AP as "highest priority"
in your MDE account.
That highest priority ticket will be the one the gate reader uses.

Each person in your Friend and Family list has their own Profile. If your non-expiry tickets are linked to different people, you'll be able to calculate the number of days left on each ticket.

You won't be able to move your AP to a different MDE account. You can call IT and ask them if they can move it because both Profiles belong to you. When you are on the phone with them, you can ask them to prioritize your non-expiry ticket so it will not be used on your upcoming trip.

OK - many thanks for your help!
