Using Landry's Select Card on Alcohol?

At the time of our trip we will have $50 on our Select card. We are planning on eating at TREX and at Yak & Yeti but we are already on the dining plan. We plan on getting a few appetisers or sides but can we spend any remaining credit on alcohol?

The terms and conditions seem to stipulate that this is only allowed in certain states and I'm not sure if Florida is one of them.

You definitely can. I called the restaurant directly to ask because I am going next week and have $50 in my card as well. The woman who answered the phone said "absolutely"

As a server at Yak and Yeti my managers do not allow guest to use their Landry's Select Club card and the Disney Dining Plan together. Maybe if the server seperates the checks they can add them on the alcohol? However I really doubt it.
