Using HB plus vouchers at face value

I'm sure i've previously seen the answer to this but I cannot find it anywhere now I want it

We have booked the current DLP deal where we get the HB vouchers included. This is the first time using the vouchers so i'm just trying to wrap my head around it all.

I understand that we can either pick off a set menu or use the vouchers at face value towards a different priced menu. I can see the that set menu is for a starter, main, dessert & drink. But if we just decide to use the face value could we say order a higher priced main, dessert & soft drink and still use the vouchers or would we have to have a starter too?

Obviously buffets are simpler to work out where either its covered by the voucher or if we wanted to do somewhere like Inventions we just pay the difference. Correct?

We are staying at the New York so have the plus vouchers.

We went in December and only had standard vouchers but used them in café mickey etc and just paid the difference

In annettes diner as well they have a set menu and the half board menu but we just ordered what we wanted and paid the difference

My only advice would be to try and book before you go as if its very busy its best to pre book a table

If you're using the vouchers at face value just order as many or as few courses as you want as they just deduct the face value off your bill. You won't get any change though if it comes to less than the face value.

Hi also remember that you can use less vouchers than there are people eating, so if the bill is less than the face value of the vouchers for your whole party you can save for some vouchers to put towards the cost of another meal. (You can't use more vouchers than there are people though!)
