Using gift cards to get disney gift cards????

My husband and I are planning our trip for Sept 2016 and looking to save a buck or two to help our budget. We normally get gift cards from gift card granny for stores like target (groceries) or any other store before we shop just to save that little bit. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could use a store gift card (say a target or cvs gift card) to purchase gift cards (Disney gift cards in particular)? I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but just curious. Thanks ahead of time.

Yes, I know for sure you can do it at Target and Walmart. I don't think CVS allows it.

I just cashed in $200 perk target cards for Disney ones at target.

I use Walmart e-gift cards (which I earn on Swagbucks) to buy Disney gift cards from the Sam's Club website. Free shipping, no hassles. Sam's Club discounts the price a bit too. They charge $48.88 for a $50 Disney card, and just under $143 for $150 (a 3-pack of 50s) in Disney cards. I have not tried doing this at a Sam's Club store, but have only ordered online. But someone on another thread mentioned that she uses the Walmart cards to buy Disney cards at the Sam's Club store and she's had no problems.
