Using Friend's DVC - Tickets and Dining??

Hello!

I am not a DVC member, but I have a very generous friend who is letting us stay at Old Key West in January.

My friend sent the confirmation number and reservation e-mail. I called the DVC line today and they could not help me because I am not a member. So, my questions are -----

1. Is the only way to add the dining plan to have my friend (DVC member) add it? Then I would pay her?

2. Can I buy park tickets ahead of time and out of state, and then link them to my page on the Disney site?

1. Yes - only the member can add it. You could buy a Disney gift card that she could use to pay for it when she calls.

I have added the DP for renters using their CC#. The member has to call but can use the CC of the person staying in the villa.

If you live close enough to the member, you could get together and the member could add the dining plan on-line and you could enter your CC information. The payment information is not stored on the member website.
