Using DME for only resort to airport

Flying in and out of Orlando, but was wondering if we could use DME for just the resort back to the airport part of our trip. Since we are celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, I was thinking about splurging for a limo from the airport to our WDW resort, but just using DME to get from the resort back to the airport. Can this be done?

That is fine - you can make your reservation for the return trip at the resort. Be sure to do it at least a day or two before your departure.

DME can be used roundtrip, one-way inbound, or one-way outbound. So, yes, you can use DME only at the end of your WDW resort stay.

There's no reason to wait until you get to your WDW resort and to waste vacation time trying to find someone at the resort who can reserve one-way outbound DME for you.

Just contact the same phone number, travel agency, or website through which you reserved your room.

I guess I should have said - in addition to the options for reserving DME in advance you can also do this at the resort.

Front desk can do it and there is a DME button on most WDW Resort room telephones - not really that difficult to do at the resort.
