Using Disney $$$?

I'm planning on using Disney Dollars to pay for a lot of our food. Do you think this is a problem? Are there places, such as carts, TS, or CS places, that won't let you use Disney $$$ to pay for things?

I have $400 from teacher gifts from my students. I was going to use them to pay for our stay at AKL, but we switched to the Swan and I don't think I can use them there to pay off the hotel bill. And the more we go to WDW, the less stuff we seem to buy.

We used about $200 disney dollars for our vaction in May. Used them everywhere without a problem (vending carts, TS, CS, souvie shops, etc). I'm not sure about the Swan/Dolphin hotels, though...never stayed there.

We used them at every restaurant in WDW (not counting Swan and Dolphin) and all the gift shops. I had $1800 in Disney dollars and came home with none! Now I'm back to buying them weekly again for our July trip.
