Using Disney Rewards Card - even at stands?

I've only used the Disney Rewards card at restaurants (Blue Bayou) and quick service counters (Hungry Bear, Rancho Zocalo). Does anyone know if I can also use them at the stands you see all over the parks, that sell just one or two items (lemonade, balloons, churros, etc.)? Thanks!

Do the stands accept credit cards? If they do, you should be able to use the rewards card.

You can use them anywhere in WDW (stands included) so I imagine it's the same at DL

Most of the moveable carts DO NOT accept credit cards, so they can not accept the rewards cards.

I don't usually go up to the moveable carts (too many people in line) so I wasn't sure what types of payment they accepted. Thanks!

I tried 2 moving carts this weekend (Main Street near lockers, and near the Matterhorn)-- neither accepted cards of any kind, Rewards or otherwise.
