Using Dining Plan credits

We have purchased the deluxe plan. As I understand I get 3 credits per person per day to use at any sit down or counter service restaurant. I was wondering if I can use more than 2 credits per meal. We have friends that live in Tampa and are meeting us for dinner one night at Ohana's. I would like to pay for dinner. Am I able to use 6 credits on that dinner so our guests will not have to pay?

You should be able to. I used more credits on a breakfast just this past June. We were a party of 2 on DDP and I used 4 credits to pay for my brother and niece at Garden Grill breakfast.
