Using concierge service to make PS...

Has anyone ever done this? Our family is going in late Oct - Early Nov. I got a letter from CR club that says they can make iIinerary plans for us. Can I send them the parks we will be in on ceritan days and a list of dinner plans?

Yes, they can make the reservations for you. There is a minor additional point -- when it shows up on the restaurant computer it will indiciate Concierge in the comments field; it might get you better seating or something. Also you are much more likely to get the times and locations you want.

Yes send them everything and they will take care of everything. JUst email them with where you want to eat, what time , and the number in your party. They can also arrnage speciality crusises, recreation, anything. You can email them any questions you have and they will email you back within 24 hours. Its a great service.

This is one of the great things about staying concierge, IMO.
As I think of places we'd like to try, I email the Concierge itinerary planners with my requests. They usually get back within 24-48 hours with my updated itinerary. It's great!

Yes, and if you change your mind about restaurants, they are very nice to keep up with all your changes! I feel funny calling Disney Dining and changing things around - so much more convenient to shoot an e-mail off to the concierge.

Another added benefit is that they can get you a PS even when the restaurant is completely booked. Last week we deicded to change the day of our breakfast at Ohana at 8:00 the night before. They had no problem getting us in and we had the perfect table!

I have had about 4 interactions with the Concierge staff and they have all been fantastic.

First I sent them my entire dining plan about 94 days before our trip. I got an email on the last possible 90 day mark for our trip that had every AR noted with the confirmation numbers for every time I wanted (within 15-30 min of my requests). I have since made a few changes and they have gotten every change I requested. Just last week we added a CRT lunch at 1pm and had no problem only 43 days out!!

We have really enjoyed working with the Polynesian Concierge staff!!!
