Using codes sent in the mail

I have a question about codes that disney sends in the mail. We travel to disney 2 or 3 times a year. We have received codes from disney in the past, but never used them. My question is do these codes expire. I got one in December after a recent trip. it is good until 6/1 but I get an error when trying to use this code. It is an 8 character code.

Most offers have "book by" dates as well as "good for stays beginning no later than" dates. The information is usually in the fine print. However, I know that with the few codes that I've gotten, if I do not enter my information online exactly like the system expects (Disney sometimes drops the first letter of my name because it's followed by an apostrophe), then the code won't work. Calling usually clears things up.

I agree about calling. They can tell you what codes are still valid.

Have you moved or changed addresses recently? I moved early last year, recieved a code a few months ago at my new address but I have to enter my OLD address for the code to be recognized online. My info is fully up to date in my profile, but for whatever reason in the database tied to that pin, it only recognizes my old address.
