Using baby cribs at OKW?

Does OKW offer cribs for use? And if so, has anyone used them? I am bringing my 5 month down in late December, and was wondering if I should bring my own pack-n-play, or just use the crib that OKW had. I want to make sure it is safe for my baby, and also sanitary!!

From my experience, which includes several stays at Saratoga springs and OKW Disny only uses pack-n-plays.

We brought our own last time only because we drove down and used it at the hotels on the way.

The one problem we did have was in the Beach Villa at Vero beach. It is two stories and had no baby gate for the top. They brought us two different styles and neither one would work because of the railing ......BUT...the second pack-n-play became a baby gate and worked great!!!!

I am not sure about OKW - but I have an upcoming ressie at SSR. I was told all SSR rooms come with pack and plays.....but was asked if I wanted a full size crib. I said yes and they said no problem. I would call and ask. I have stayed in a number of very nice hotels with my little one and I can tell you there were some very stained/dirty pack and plays I have come across. When I do have to use the hotel pack and play I always just bring my own pack and play pad and sheet. You might want to request a high chair also - I was able to get one at SSR. Hope that helps!

All OKW rooms have a pak n play and should have a high chair also. We have used them for the grandchildren but brought their own sheets and blankets just because they are familiar to them. They will also provide a full size metal crib I was told. We used the pak n play until they were 18 months old.

Great! A pack-n-play is fine - he will have no problem sleeping in that! I will bring my own pad and sheets/blankets. One less thing we will have to bring down with us!

Don't laugh but we used a crib on our last visit to OKW and found the laundry room a great, quiet spot for baby to sleep. We did not have a problem with the cribs.

Nothing to laugh about at all. The laundry room also makes a great bedroom for a small child on an air matress!

I love the idea of the laundry room for the baby to sleep!! We are going down with my immediate family (mom, dad, 2 brothers, me, DH and DS). We were planning on giving the large bedroom to my parents, me, DH and one brother sharing the other bedroom, and the last brother to sleep on the pullout. We knew it would be cramped in the other bedroom with the pack-n-play...but now I will just set it up in the laundry room! Perfect idea!

We got a crib at OKW this August. We just called mousekeeping and asked if they had a regular crib. They had it in our room within 15 minutes and even set it up for us. It was a small white metal one. Perfect for our 3 month old grand daughter. Then we moved to the BCV mid trip and called mousekeeping there and they brought us a full size metal one (looked like a hospital one) and the sides dropped for easy access. Little baby girl looked lost in this huge crib. It was alot easier putting her down and getting up during the night and not having to bend down to the floor. So just called mousekeeping when you get your room and check to see if they have any available. I'm sure they don't have many, but was told it was first come first serve and you can not call and reserve before checking in. You have to wait until you are in your room. They both had a nice firm crib mattress and crib sheets. We brought our own blankets.
