We are planning a trip to WDW in September and staying at the Swan, which doesn't give you a magic band. I've got about 5 magic bands from old trips. Does anyone know if I can reuse one of my old magic bands for this trip? If so, how do I do that? Thanks!!

You can use any or all of them - they are tied to your MDE account not to your resort stay so there is nothing to be done. You can use them for park entrance and FP+ and Photopass (if you have that) but not for charging or room access. You could also just use your park pass for those things as well - whatever you prefer!

Once you book the Swan just link the reservation on MDE and you will be able to make your dining and FP+ selections as a resort guest. (FP+ at 60 days!)

Just an additional note: the MagicBand has a battery for remote RFID readers so you might not get more then the "touch" function depending how old they are. The remote RFID readers are used on select rides that have a photo spot and for Disney to track activity in the parks. Yes, you can still use the "touch" features once the battery has died.
