We are going to WDW in Dec and although I'm sure this question has been asked before, how un-cool is it it purchase a child's AP and use it to ckeck into the Poly Concierge. (He will be going back to WDW 2x this year, and I am only going 1x). Please don't bash me for asking!!!

I dont know that there is anything WRONG with it, however if they were to ask to see the passholder (which I hear they are getting ready to enforce) you might have a problem. The reservations have to be in the name of the PH to get the discount. I bought an AP because we go alot and its worth it for us, especially with the discounts....but they have never asked to see mine at check in, so you may have no problems there, just be prepared

You won't have any problem. I wrote to Disney to ask recently, after reading on this board that that wouldn't be right, wouldn't be allowed, yada yada, and was told that would be fine. The response said one person in the room has to have the AP, and a child AP is fine.

When we checked in three weeks ago, the gal said "I see you now an AP, will you still be needing tickets for the parks?", so she knew we had just bought them at guest services (because once again the earport computer was broken).
