My father wants to use is walker in MK today, is he allowed? I will try to rent a motorized scooter at the park when we get there. This a really last minute trip just to see the 3pm parade.

Absolutely! He is welcome to use a walker, rollator, ECV, wheelchair, cane, etc. Whatever helps him most. If he prefers walking but also needs a place to sit and rest, he can use a manual wheelchair to push like a walker and then sit (and be pushed) when needing a break.

Enjoy your visit!

Walkers are totally allowed. I use a rollator in the parks when my knee and/or hip are stiff or hurting. Disney is very mobility-aid friendly.

I agree with this. And renting a manual wheelchair will be easier than an electric one. Having used both a manual wheelchair and needing a walker at the parks, there's not a problem at all with doing it. Actually, when I did need the wheelchair, I preferred the manual one because the electric one was too much thinking needed on my part to control all the handles and motion.
