Using a very old ticket

I have an old, non-expiring 10 day park hopper with 5 days for water parks. The park hopper part was used years ago, but I still have at least 3 water park days on the ticket. Do I need to go to guest services to do some type of ticket exchange or will I be able to use the ticket right at Typhoon Lagoon? Also, can you buy water park tickets at Disney Springs guest services?

2. will I be able to use the ticket right at Typhoon Lagoon?

1. Go to Guest Relations.
They will issue a new plastic RFID ticket with the correct number of "uses" on it.
That ticket can be used at WDW tap styles. (Just like a Magic Band.)

2. There is a Guest Relations outside Typhoon Lagoon, so
they can take care of this.

3. Yes. Guest Relations at Disney Springs is called the "Welcome Center."

FYI, the welcome center wait is crazy long. They check you in, then you have to wait your turn. But, you need to stay near building. When I did this month, I had a 50 minute wait. Going in the evening may take s while.

Thanks for the information. I think we are going to go to Disney Springs first thing in the morning, and we'll make the Welcome Center our first stop. If the line is long, I'll wait and do everything at TL.

Everyone’s experience is obviously different. I’ve used the Welcome Center a number of times, usually late afternoon or evening, and never waited more than 5 minutes or so.
