Using a MAC for CP application?

apparently, you missed my entire post about how I used Safari and I had no problems with any of it. So.....yea, you're wrong

She's not wrong, you're just an exception. I had issues not using IE as well, so I switched over.

In fact, if you try to use Firefox to accept, it says "This only works with Internet Explorer." I was like, alright, whatever, and went to the next page... another pop-up literally said "We're not joking. Use Internet Explorer." So I did... because if you can't follow directions, you're not going to do very well at Disney. I don't see what the big deal is about downloading Internet Explorer. It takes all of 30 seconds, and then you can delete it when you're done.

We're not saying it's IMPOSSIBLE and defies all laws of time and space to use Safari or a non-IE and do fine. All we're trying to do is make the OP aware that it is recommended to use IE and that problems MAY occur when using another browser. I'd rather the OP know of this and then decide on their own to use Safari, then to just blindly use it and possibly getting rejected.

I used IE last semester and got accepted, would I have if I'd used Safari? I don't know, maybe, maybe not. It doesn't matter what happened to one person. But if multiple people have reported issues, then chances are it is a real issue and not make believe.

Honestly, I never intended to debate which browser to use. My original point was this it is completely silly to think you NEED to take the web interview on on a PC vs a mac.

If you feel better on a specific computer, than yes, go ahead. You need to feel relaxed and confident while you're completing the interview. But for those who don't have an option, there is no need to stress over finding another computer to use.
