Using a joystick

Somebody told me that the way they score so high on fireworks (over 280,000) was by using a joystick. Another high scorer said they use a tablet. Has any DISer used a joystick for these games? What kind?

I went out a bought a gamer joystick, hoping to use it in place of a mouse, but it didn't work for online games like vmk.

You dont need to use a joystick.

I am good at that game (278000+ is my highscore).
All I do is that I use an optical mouse instead one with a ball. Besides that there are only two other things you can do, you should use a fast gaming computer with dsl and the other thing is hard practice!!
