Using 2 different magic bands at the same time?

I have a magic band from a trip 2 years ago and also a new one for our upcoming trip. I’ll be wearing the new puck on my watch and will use it for entry into the park. Once in the park, can I give my old MB to my son to use one of my FP? We used to just trade bands, but that’s not an option anymore with it being on my watch.

If I understand correctly, it should work fine and they should work interchangeably since they’re just a link to my MDE account. Just want to double check I‘m not missing something.

As long as you both are not trying to use the same FP, it should be fine.
